Victor Reyes earned his trip to the show by being RF eligible. Why I didn't notice him on my roster back when Reddick went down is a testament to his blah.

Victor Reyes and Taylor Rogers, we have been told, moved upstate to go live on their uncle's farm. Seriously. No, they're happier there, really.

In the "too little too late" department, Pirela, eligible at 2nd and LF, was last seen running from a guy who jumped out of the van. Huh, you'd think he could steal more bases. Maybe he's not properly motivated. Cano just winked, took a long sip of his Mai Tai, and headed back to the masseuses in the club house.

Erik Goeddel made a splash in the clubhouse. The guys love him. They're all prepared to celebrate his return and score his tuck and roll if he ever comes back from wherever the van took him. We're hoping the minors, but he was only here for a moment and then... poof

So basically Zimmer stopped by, picked up 2 fer 8, packed up his shit, and went off on a "rehab stint" known to most as the "minors". In a corresponding move, the big tick attached to Reddick's knee was ceremoniously beheaded, and where the resulting fountain of blood fell on the clubhouse carpet, there instantly grew black roses. Well.... It wasn't so much a beheadding as a "tweezering" and we all had a good laugh, and whatnot... anyway, he's off the DL now and slotting in batting 6th on Wed, so. Uh, I think that's all the now.

Pirela: UP Mahle: DOWN
Huh? I don't know. They just said to come out here and read the card. [holds up card]
I don't think he's going to be on a pitch count.
Because they won't let a guy pitch from second.
I don't think what the Globetrotters do during intermission really applies here.
Well sure it's a good idea, I just don't see it happening. No more questions!
