David Bote has been demoted, it is presumed, and we are all comfortable believing that one day he will come back to the big club and really show what he's made.. uh... Oh who am I kidding? When we realized he was missing we tried to trace back to the last time anyone saw him and, well, I gotta be honest, his name was on the roster and now it's not, but that's about all anyone remembers. Wait, was it that kid who trotted out that day as a prank? Was that for real?

Erik Gonzalez was standing in the lobby, eager to meet the new guys just obtained via trade overnight. The van pulled up, the doors opened, and in a blur the van, and Erik were gone. He'll get called up soon enough, we just want to make sure he gets the tuck-and-roll play down pat first.

...and finally Seattle realized that no matter how much dirt they rubbed on it, that bone was gonna stay broken. So they put Cano on the DL for a roster spot, so I did too.

Diuretic boy is off the DL and now residing at the end of the bench keeping the keg pumped up. Meanwhile, Zimmer went off to get a couple sleeves of solo cups and hasn't returned, so we're putting him on the DL to get a body in the lineup, TBD.

Taylor Rogers showed up, even though we specified we needed a "pitcher". Ha, well, we laughed at that for a while, and then the kid asked if he had the same locker as last time and we didn't know.
