In a beltway deal, the O's send Michael Fulmer to the Nats for Wilson Ramos

I like my chances in the UFA pitchers market over the C market. Plus not convinced Fulmer ever returns to rookie form. Plus, I really need a C, even if he's singed though his 50th birthday.
