Hey fellas.
As the winter meetings are kicking off - I want to set a few ground rules to attempt to guide our discussions. This may or may not work, but hey it's better to have tried.
1. I have written up a baseline proposal for every topic currently proposed. These are meant to start the discussion, and alterations / versioning is welcomed (except to the Arb system, that was a pain in the ass

2. To the extent possible, let's not indulge in rehashing the past. Some bad rules were created by the old LMs, they're gone, and we get to make better rules we want to abide by.
3. Open chat on groupme is great, but please post your opinions on proboards so they're on the record.
4. Improving league balance is a goal of this discussion. There will be winners and losers of every proposal here, but one of the intents is a more competitive top-to-bottom league in 2020 & beyond.
Plan of attack for the week is to get into all the discussions at once, and once we've vetted out any alternate recommendations a poll will be posted & voted upon, with the majority option winning. If the discussion is going nowhere, I or another league leader may step in to make a call or change the discussion.
As always, DM me on groupme with questions / concerns / alternate ideas.
