This area is to discuss / vote for approval of the arbitration system we'll use for 2020. There are ARB salaries calculated for every eligible player for each of the 3 options on the linked table for review.
Option1: MLBSim 2019 Rules - we'd agreed that these didn't make sense & tended to over-inflate Arb salaries. Additionally, being based upon fantrax rankings they were subject to whatever prioritization fantrax placed on each category.
Option2: MLBCentral 2020 Rules - Annual
RECOMMENDED - Option 3: MLBCentral System, MLBSim-specific values - This system seems to best balance a sensible system (MLBC) with more appropriate (read: higher) ARB salaries
