Finally I get a package I was really looking for in return for Sonny Gray. Garcia gives me a solid prospect who will fit into the Nationals lineup no later then 2021. Crowe gives me a good P prospect who will fit into my rotation next season. If Riley Pint can pitch a whole season without getting hurt a million times, I'll get another top prospect. Pirates dealing 3 guys whose stocks have dropped this year, but I still really like the long-term potential of Garcia & Crowe has some value too.

Gray's been dominant this 2nd half, but I'm not sure that's him long-term...I still think he's more of a 3.50 ERA guy vs. a true ace. Still a very good get and a reasonable extension.
