I accept. While Valera looks like an absolute stud, this is more diversifying assets for me. I love, love SWR and think he has legit ace potential. Allen is a catcher who can hit and is very close, what's not to love there? Overall I'm not sure if I win or lose this deal, but I know I get two prospects I like a ton which is what I need to be doing with this void of a roster. Good luck Phil.

Accept. Been wanting to add Valera here forever. I don’t love the trade, if I wasn’t the Simeon Woods-Richardson owner, I’d be all over trying to acquire him. I just always choose high upside bat over high upside arm when the prospects are this young. I didn’t want to move Allen either but Max drives a hard bargain.
