I have a good amount of pitching which should be healthy/up in 2020 so moving Matz now doesn't really hurt. I'm taking a chance on a lot of these guys (Gurriel/Burger/Stowers) but I like taking risks, just like I did with Ruiz. I think Matz returns to himself and he has plenty of time to figure it out.

I accept, I'm trying to win right now and felt I could use another arm, Matz had a rough outing his last game but I believe he is still a steady arm that could put up some good numbers, Ruiz will be a bench option for me at 3B, I'm giving up some youth but I think my team is young enough to grow as a group, and I've still got some good young prospects in my system.
