Prospect Waivers:

Note: 2019 FYPD eligible players are in the available Fantrax player pool. These players are not eligible to be claimed. There is no penalty for claiming a player that needs to be signed, obviously you do not keep said player. Penalties for claiming said players will be the following:
1st illegal claim - Removal of 2 claims, Illegal claim + Top claim left from that week
2nd illegal claim - Removal of claims from week of illegal claim and no claims for the following claim
3rd illegal claim - No claims for a month
4th illegal claim - no claims for rest of season
If an illegal claim is missed originally by Andrew or DeVo and is found later on, penalties will still be enforced when/if found.

If a player is not in fantrax, he is not eligible to be acquired until he is in their system (FYPD do not fall under this)
International Signings post July 2, 2018 are not eligible to be claimed. Any international signing from July 3, 2018 through July 2, 2019 will be in our FYPD pool. After the FYPD, those who aren't drafted are then eligible to be claimed. Same goes for all years going forward. July 2, 2018 signings who are unowned can be claimed.
If an illegal claim is made, rest of claims will stand. Very hard to go back and figure out who goes where after that.
Two separate waiver orders once first prospect waivers process on March 11th. Prospect waiver order can be viewed on Fantrax (Transactions>Waiver Order). Regular waiver order will be tracked on Spread (Page 1).
IL:
Players must be on IL irl to go on IL in here and can only stay on IL for as long as they are IRL.
Players cannot be signed to IL. Need to have room on active roster for them, then move them to IL.
Players on IL WILL still count towards salary cap.
Players on IL irl may go to minors while they are injured, but an option will still be used. This is essentially just for a team with a full IL that really needs the roster spot.
Trades: Trades must be proposed and accepted by both parties on fantrax, as well as proboards, saves us a step.
Clarifying a rule: Players cannot be signed directly to IL, must go to active roster then IL.
teams must also have the roster space to bid on a player. If they are full, they can make or post a corresponding move in their bid post.
The penalty for a waived player can be taken in full the current season if enough cap space is available. If not, it will be paid for the life of the contract.
Rule clarification: Only players with a service time of 2 and under can be in minors, unless a player with a higher service time is in the minors in real life. All players three or higher that are in the majors irl must be in the majors in here or you will be subject to penalty. Penalties will be as followed for having a 3 or higher in the minors:
3 day buffer period from warning from LM: either call up the player, trade him, or cut him
Fourth day: 1 mil penalty
Fifth day: 2 mil penalty
Sixth day: 4 mil penalty
Continues to double each day player is still in minors, draft picks may be taken away starting on the seventh day.
