I'm proposing the institution of a trade committee to our league. I have no idea how many people would be in it, or which members would be in it. That would be something Beckett and I can discuss if this passes. I have heard this suggestion from many owners in my DMs, and wanted to see how to league would view it.

If passed, the trade voting system would be reworked to account for the committee, instead of the league masses voting on the trades, and this would be instituted before Opening Day 2019.

I’m for this. The voting system is pretty confusing as is and I feel like some people only vote because they NEED to.

A group of owners who actually care would really help move trades along. Especially if it eliminates “abstaining”.

Yea. Agree with Connor here. TC is much smoother and faster imo. Not confusing at all, just an odd number of people voting and whatever is reached first is the decision. Makes everything simple.
