Well, it's a kinder, gentler offseason, which is really nothing more than a euphemism for "The players are too dispersed to pay the van drivers and besides, the farm location is inaccessible" so these moves are simply paper transactio--- uh.... simply electronic transfers of names and numbers from one electronic ledger row to some other one, and which in themselves have no tangible substance or value. You know, like our banking system.
To wit: sliding down the spreadsheet rows from the Rostered section down to the Minors section go these names:
