After the game, not only was Steve Pearce not in the trainer's room, his locker was cleared out with nothing left but a receipt. No one likes to touch those things because of the superstition that if you touch it you're next. But eventually the bat boy just went over, took it down, and threw it out. Nothing to worry about; kid's got no talent. But yeah, "Stabber" is gone.
In unrelated news. Michael Taylor comes off of IR and was last seen making voodoo dolls of the WAS OF starters. More as this story develops.

We counter the gods by calling up Hunter Renfroe, who's been quietly mashing down in the minors. We're looking forward to his arrival and showing some of the new guys how to tuck-n-roll. Fingers crossed he practiced enough.

As the celebration for Frankie's arrival wound down a little, someone noticed that Erik was gone. And his locker was cleaned out. So the Black Van WAS here, we were just distracted... and Erik González is on the IR60.
